Email us at the address under Contact, below. A person reads every message. We aim to reply within 2 business days. The same address handles privacy requests.

When you write, tell us what you were doing and what you saw. Please don't send your bank password, full account numbers or your Social Security number. We don't ask for them.

How we handle your message. Support runs by email. Our team reads it, and messages are stored with our email provider, Zoho. You don't need to send bank statements or screenshots of your accounts. We keep support emails for 12 months, then delete them, longer only if we need them for a legal, security or dispute reason.

Common questions #

Does Nabbins move my money?
No. Nabbins never moves your money. It reads the accounts you connect and works out your figures. Any move you see in the app is one you make yourself, at your bank.

Does Nabbins see my bank password?
No. You sign in to your bank in Plaid's screen or on your bank's own page. Nabbins never sees your bank password.

Why doesn't my figure match my bank?
Nabbins counts bills that are still to come and charges that are pending, so its figure can be lower than your balance. Banks can also send transactions late. The app shows when each account last updated. If something looks wrong, email us.

My bank stopped updating.
Some banks ask you to renew your connection from time to time. Open the app and follow the prompt to reconnect. If that doesn't work, email us with your bank's name.

How do I cancel my membership?
Memberships are billed and canceled through Apple. Open Settings on your iPhone, tap your name, then Subscriptions › Nabbins › Cancel Subscription. Cancel at least 24 hours before your trial or current period ends to avoid the next charge. Deleting the app or your account doesn't cancel it.

How do I get a refund?
Refunds are requested from Apple, under Apple's rules. Ask at https://reportaproblem.apple.com.

What happens to my data if my membership ends?
It stays with your account, so you can come back to your history. We don't delete accounts for being inactive. When your membership ends, we remove your bank connections at Plaid, the same as disconnecting each bank: new transactions stop, and the history already in your budget stays. If you come back, connect your banks again. To remove everything, delete your account in the app (no membership needed) or by email. See Delete your account.

How do I disconnect a bank?
In the app, disconnecting a bank removes Nabbins' connection to it at Plaid: no further transactions from that bank arrive, and we delete our stored connection key for it. Transactions already in your budget stay part of its history. You can also disconnect Nabbins in Plaid Portal (https://my.plaid.com), which stops Plaid sharing new data from your accounts with us.

How do I delete my account?
In the app (You › Delete account), or by email. Device and iCloud backups made before you delete keep a copy until they're replaced. See Delete your account.

Can I change my name?
You can give or edit your name when you first sign in with Apple; after that, email support to correct it.

What does "Share usage data" do?
It's in You › Privacy, on each phone. It controls the first-party usage events the app sends to our own servers, such as which screens you open; it isn't about sharing with outside companies, and we don't share them. See our Privacy Policy, section 1.4a.

How do I change my cookie choices on the website?
Use Cookie settings at the bottom of any page. See the Cookie Notice.

Is Nabbins financial advice?
No. Nabbins doesn't give financial, investment, tax or debt advice. It shows your own figures.

Who can use Nabbins?
Adults 18 and over who live in the US.
